While killing the pirates you can obtain several Slave Pits Cage Keys..but on the footnote clearly says: "We don't need no stinkin' keys!"

'You have already launched enough cages.'

What to do
Description
We really don't have time to rescue those that are incompetent enough to get themselves captured over and over. Still, since I have some extra rockets leftover, this problem should be a snap. Take these single-stage booster rockets down into the Slave Pits to the north and put them on the cages. The cage will lift off into orbit and those idiots will be freed.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
