Quest Log

Filthy Paws

Filthy Paws is an Alliance-only quest for level 5-30 in Loch Modan. It rewards 3 reward items, 1 reputation reward, 5,150 experience and money.

Description

The Silver Stream Mine to the east ran dry long ago. It was converted by the Miners' League into a storage depot, but now kobolds have moved in, putting their filthy paws on good, dwarven tools!

We'll root out those vermin soon enough, but the League wants someone to get their gear out of the mine before we warriors tromp in there and break things. It'll be a tough delve - you might want cohorts at your side.

The gear is stored in Miners' League Crates throughout the mine. Good luck.

This Alliance capital is the pride of the Dun Morogh dwarves. Home to King Magni.

Reputation group: Alliance.

Other quests in Loch Modan that reward Ironforge reputation: Report to Ironforge (+75), Protecting the Shipment (+250), South Gate Status Report (+150), Stormpike's Orders (+150), Resupplying the Excavation (+150), Joining the Hunt (+250).

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.

Gilneas is part of alliance now so like most other quests, you gain a small portion of the "group" rep, along with the main factions rep. although if it explicitly said you received 96 alliance rep, or 96 gilneas rep i would have to assume you are on a high level toon already exalted with ironforge and possibly other alliance factions, yet did not grind gilneas to exalted yet tldr, yes many quests give some alliance rep
