TheWoWDBDon't be a goof like me and forget where you got this quest :) the turn in for this is in the Dalaran Sewer. It would appear to be in the Chamber of the Guardian if you look at the ? on the map. Yeahhh, I only ran around for 10 minutes looking cause I forgot :))

This quest is cleverly named after For Whom The Bell Tolls
While most players will correlate this quest with the immensely popular Metallica Song "For Whom The Bell Tolls", this was also a 1940 novel by Ernest Hemingway. Known for being one of Hemingway's best works, it is the story of an American guerrilla in the Spanish Civil War.
An interesting tid-bit about the book, the Pulitzer Prize Committee unanimously recommended it for a Pulitzer Prize in 1941, but the president of Columbia University found the book to be offensive, and as such no Pulitzer was given in the book's category for that year.

Description
<Matthew eyes you up and down, growling slightly> You wish me to help you understand this rock? First you do something for me. The legion has brought many of its fel machines to conquer this world. Those machines are powered by cores filled with fel energy. And those cores are carried by the lowliest of their minions for distribution. Bring me some cores and I'll give you the information you need.
