As of a Recent patch (possibly the War Within Pre Patch?) This Quest now gives the formerly unobtainable boots from the tutorial set.

What to do
Description
Quilboar are savage and violent. I did not think they knew how to use shadow magic. Obviously, we cannot allow them to continue their rituals. And certainly not on members of the Horde. Slay the quilboar in the den. They must learn the fatal error of their ways.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Down with the Quilboar
I have discovered that the quilboar are performing a shadow ritual on a survivor from the missing expedition. The ritual is being performed by the tribe's leader, Geolord Grek'og. Slay Grek'og and save the survivor. Show this brute that the Horde is not to be trifled with.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Choppy Booster Mk. 5
You're in luck, 'cause I'm the ONE goblin who can help you find the rest of the expedition! Feast your eyes on this fancy device here. Stole it off a gnome, improved on it, and made it my own! I call it the Choppy Booster Mk. 5. Use it to find Shuja and the others.
