If you are doing this in Legion Remix - after you get the quest you will have a whistle in your bags you need to use that will fly you to Lord Maxwell Tyrosus outside of Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands.
If you are here because you got up and started flying and you are getting the warning "You are leaving the timeline, turn back!" - as the user above said - just keep flying. I made the mistake of hearthing back to Dalaran and couldn't get back to the quest giver and the whistle wont work unless you use it while you're standing next to him after you take the quest. So I had to fly to him all the way from Stormwind.
This quest unlocks the Paladin Class Hall and the portals become available in Dalaran and Eastern Plaguelands.

Tirion... still alive! We have to save him. Light's Hope Chapel is not far from here. We must rally our forces and leave at once for the Broken Shore.
