TheWoWDBTarget is northeast of the Witchwood flight point. You can see him from the camp, so it's not very difficult to get to him. He has a smash that summons fireballs targeting all players currently in combat with him as well as an AoE fear.

[npc=117059] can be found immediately south of the Witchwood flight path in western Highmountain; within the Fields of An'she. It has about a 1-minute respawn timer. It casts both [spell=223637] and [spell=223693].
Broken as F**K just like most of the world quests bosses in legion. During the battle he randomly picks a player and inflicts "Wave of Depravity" which 1 shots him no matter what he does. I've tried move druing this, not move, even used monk's "Touch of Karma". Useless, it just kills you, awesome work, blizzard.
