The injured sailors are laying on the ground, they sparkle, can't miss them. The area is littered with them.
Once you have clicked on one, you will throw them over your shoulder (if you are a female pandaren) or throw them between your arm and your chest (if you are a male pandaren). You then have to run back to the alliance camp with your one injured sailor.
Using Roll to return back to the camp faster is perfectly fine and will not cause you to drop the soldier.
You cannot carry more than one injured sailor at a time so you must run back to the camp 3 times with an injured sailor to complete this quest.

After rightclicking injured sailor LOOK CLOSELY - you are carrying one on your back. It's hard to see this has happened (especially with wide player models such as pandarens), because there is no animation, just sailor dissapears from the ground. You have to run back to quest giver with sailor on your back.

The injured sailors are in the boat to west of the quest giver. Go inside, approach a sailor laying on the ground, click on him and he will jump onto your back. Run back and drop him off next to the quest giver.

What to do
Description
Your friend has been doing everything she can to save my crew. I'm deeply appreciative. We're still dealing with more than we can handle here: quenching the fires on the wreckage, getting my people out, fighting off these evil sea creatures, and trying to prevent the prisoners from escaping. We're simply in over our heads. I still have men on the ship that we need to get clear before the wreckage collapses on them. I know this is asking a lot, but can you help?
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Urgent News
I'm sure Aysa won't love this plan, but it's the only plan we've got. Would you mind being the bearer of bad news for me, <name>? She needs to know what we're doing so she can get everyone to safety.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Medical Supplies
We need supplies to tend to our wounded, but the supply crates containing them were scattered in the crash. If you can bring back any crates you find, I would be very grateful.
