TheWoWDBFish caught the normal way (with a fishing rod) will *not* offer credit for this world quest.
Run along the river until you find a location where the fish are leaping visibly in the water. From there, click on the fish themselves, and you will automatically throw a spear at them, catching them. Repeat 12 times, and you'll have your quest completion.
You do not need to pick any items up; you just need to find the fish jumping through the water, just above Nesingwary's Camp.

If for any reason you do not see jumping fish even when the World Quest is listed in your tracking interface, just leave the quest area and come back in. This will cause them to show up.
This is the last WQ i need to finish the Fishing 'Round the Isles achievement but i have not yet seen this pop up on my map.
I check daily but it's never there for me. Anyone else having this issue?
