[npc=128233] stands under the tent just west of Jane.
[npc=128227] - cross the bridge east of Jane

Now you have to find:

Hi all

I present Castaways and Cutouts quest chain. Is better to do first quests in Castaway Point then back to Flynn.

2a. Local Flavor
[npc=128228] - Kill any Lurker and collect 5 [item=153348] drop rate is not 100%

2b. My Favorite Things
[npc=128229] - you need to speak with [npc=128228], [npc=128233] and [npc=128227] after that you need to collect 3 items from the Wailing Tideway [item=153185], [item=153186] and [item=153187].

2c. Silencing the Sisters
[npc=128229] - You need to kill 2 mobs [npc=128407] and [npc=128408]. They are found in the cave entrance is located on the east side.

5. Blood in the Tides
[npc=125342] - You need to kill 8 [npc=126440] minus is that they are standing solo. After finish this quest you will do a part of A Sound Plan.

6. Toxic Community
[npc=126511] - You need to collect 50 [item=152514]. thay droping from [npc=126369] ( only 1 from each ) and [npc=126243] thay giving more but is less of them.

7. Lured and Allured
[npc=128377] - You need to go to Castaway Point to speak with [npc=128229] after that you will see Flynn location. when you will get to him You will see that he is in love xD and you need to help him killing [npc=126157].

8. Lovesick and Lost
[npc=126158] - After a broken heart, He tries to recover while drinking alcohol. You need to Escort Flynn to Freehold xD.

My Favorite Things quest is located in Tiragarde Sound Castaway Point on Kul Tiras Isle.
It's a part of Castaways and Cutouts quest line to obtain A Sound Plan achievement.
To complete the quest speak with [npc=128228], [npc=128233] and [npc=128227] in the camp,
then find 3 items in The Wailing Tideway:[item=153185], [item=153186], [item=153187].
All items can be found going along the creek in the area.

Description

It's tough out here. Pirates. Deadly monsters. Hungry Sam's seemingly endless battle with indigestion. Nothing sets the nerves at ease like an old keepsake. Somethin' to remind you of home. Somethin' to keep you going. Ask around the camp. Find out what folks might have lost out there in the tideways. If you can bring any of it back, it'd be a mighty kind gesture. Me? Oh... I had a locket... Never mind, it's too small, you'd never find it. It's nothing. Don't worry about it.
