Flynn Fairwind is found at 78.10 47.99 (/way 78.10 47.99) after Small Haulers is ready for turn in as well. I couldn't find him to turn in Message from the Management before completing Small Haulers quest as well.
[object=281647] - you can find it a few on them in Ashvane Foundry. After you will pick up quest you need to fine to Priscilla's Orders. You need to kill [npc=134328] to get [item=158065] and kill [npc=123264] to get [item=158066]. they are not far.
