The cave in question is behind the quest givers. You will be overcome by 'smoke' unless you use the Master Action Button. I NEVER find these damn things, so hope this helps anyone as ham fisted as I am.

Description
The antidote is ready. Use it to search the Support Creche for survivors. Work quickly--the effect will not last long, so you may have to reapply it. If any of my people yet draw breath, save them. And if they do not, I ask that you recover their horn signets so that their names may be honored. While inside, perhaps you can find evidence of how this infestation came to be.
