Spiritual Allies is a quest for level 10-60 in The Forbidden Reach. It is step 1 of 4 in The Dark Talons storyline, the opening step. The quest's turn-in marker is in Durotar at 45.5, 12.9.
Our arrival will not have gone unnoticed.
Allow me to speak with them before we enter. I have something of a history with the council.
There will be time for introductions after.

Right now, you accept the quest and then there is nothing to do but immediately turn it in. It feels like there ought to be a cutscene or NPC dialog, but there isn't. Instead, there is a short dialog when accepting the next quest, Ground Leave.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

It seems like our arrival was noticed after all. Maybe there's hope for these people yet. I'll follow up with Ebyssian and the Horde leadership and try to smooth this out. You're on recon. See what this place has to offer. We may be here for a while, after all. Come find us once you're finished.

Confirmed, just did it a minute ago. No cutscene, no dialog. That said, the next quest does have an interaction that could have been it.
