How can I get this quest? I've looked and looked, but this NPC quest giver (Dr. Blam) is not at the indicated location. All I find there are the ruins of "old" Kargath, patrolled by a high-flying dragon and a score of whelps. Since this specific NPC (Dr. Blam) is listed as being at two different locations (here in the northwest, for this quest, as well as near Agmond's End for another quest), I presume this NPC is "phased." Can anyone please confirm this?Update: Per chat with the GM who responded to my in-game ticket, we first need to finish Troggish Troubles.

The visual on the map is incorrect. Dr. Hieronymus Blam is found there at some point, but as a quest-giver for this particular quest, he is located at 47.0, 56.6.
Pretty linear for people already on the quest line, but if you're like me and randomly dropped your quests off at this point, it's helpful to know this!
I made i playthrough of this quest if anyone wish to see how to do it :)

What to do
Description
<Dr. Blam stares at the egg in awed silence, blinks a few times, then looks up at you.> D... did you see that? Incredible! My titan thing idea worked! With your help, of course. We'll want to get these back to Rhea. She's not at Lethlor Ravine anymore; it sounds like she blew her cover when she transformed into her true form in front of all those whelps. She's now in the west, staying at a large Horde establishment dubbed "New Kargath". She'll be waiting for you. And for that egg.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Return to Blam
Inside the chest, you find a small, circular device, resting upon a cushion. If there are any titan artifacts to be found here in the tomb, this is it. You resolve to bring it back to Dr. Blam.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Bad Dogs
In my haste to escape from Lethlor Ravine, I forgot to tie up one loose end: Nyxondra. She's free, and she's sounded the alarm among the black dragonflight. Half the flight is here in the western Badlands, combing for this egg. I'll take care of hiding the egg.
