The rare [npc=153000] only spawns while this quest is up. So if you're working on Rest In Pistons stick around to kill her.

This quest is strange from a horde perspective, since you fight the guy who gives it many times on island expeditions.

This quest appears to be super rare atm. I have been doing various bits to finish off Mecha-done but haven't seen this quest in the last 4 weeks. In that time I have had 3 quests for the black market radio blueprint, 2 for the rocket chicken blueprint and 1 for discs of gnomeregan.

Description

You got a problem with mechanical bugs, so the Roughriders are here to sort this mess out! In my experience, this big of an outbreak must have some sort of queen bug behind it all. We gonna go in, kill a lot of bugs till we find the leader of 'em all. Horde or Alliance don't matter, you're with the Roughriders today. Let's kill some bugs!
