TheWoWDBLocated in the cave at 61.4, 34.1. The path up begins at 63.3, 35.9. It's short, but very steep and winding. Kill whatever dragons you need in order to grab your ten ores. There's one elite towards the front of the cave, but the others are regulars and pretty easy. There is zero loot on any dragon - regular or elite.
