TheWoWDBThis quest sucks... The item spawns very rarely and the loot is personal, so you cannot use the same item as another player. There are like 100 people on this quest running around and I gave up after 4 hours and having only 1 in my inventory. This needs fixing.

Description
Our forward scouts have been using starfish scales as camouflage. The trouble is that the scales deteriorate too quickly. We are going to need more scales if we want to keep tabs on naga movements. If you happen upon any Angel Scale Starfish, please deliver them to the quartermaster as soon as possible.
