If you are wondering how to get there, from Aalgen Point Flight Point follow the "channel" clockwise to where you fight the Nagas.

Then there is a ramp up that starts at

/way Broken shore:broken isles 67.9, 34.0 RAMP

There seems to be a bug currently where the wrathblade honor guards will get stuck evading frequently (and spamming their aggro dialogue, amusingly). Usually, if you wait long enough, they will become unstuck.

This appears to be related to the druids of the claw they attack. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
