Shackles of Manipulation

Shackles of Manipulation is a quest for level 30-35 in Dread Wastes. The quest's turn-in marker is in Dread Wastes at 54.4, 35.6. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.

Description

The Zan'thik employ a sizable force of... indentured labor.

Yaungol are bound in special shackles which enhance and prolong the effects of sonic manipulation. It is this technology that allows the Zan'thik manipulators to command such large quantities of thralls to endlessly toil for them in the quarries.

I would like to study these shackles.

These Mantid Elders are untouched by the corruption and insanity that has overtaken the remainder of the Mantid Swarm. They seek to work with the races of Pandaria to restore their Queen to glory.
