Dude chill...just go and talk to Sylvanas at Forsaken High Command a little to the east of there. She gives you a quest to watch as she argues with Garrosh. Do the next 3 or 4 quests in the immediate area and they will send you to the Rear Guard. Do all of their quests until this one becomes available. I did all of that just now for some xmog bracers (from Deeper into Darkness). Would probably take a level 10 about 20-30 minutes to do (worst-case).

Description
Vengeance is all consuming, {name}! Our third ship sank off the coast of the Skittering Dark, northwest of here. The men that made it off that boat were either captured or killed by the Skitterweb spiders of the region. For that, the spiders must die! ALL OF THEM! Travel to the Skittering Dark and crush those insects! Be on the lookout for their matriarch. Perhaps if we find her we can end this menace forever!

If you're a priest or a class that can add dots, these orcs are very helpful to just mob tag for some extra XP.
