Easiest way to get the 50 stacks is to just stand in one of the pools of blood. Takes maybe 10 seconds to get enough stacks. Take care though as you will take damage from standing in the blood water.
After you get 50 stacks of the debuff required, just fly around the zone until you find the mobs you need. If you cant find them, then they probably on a respawn timer, but its short.
I found them at the following locations:
Warped Sapling at 63.2, 85.1
Faceless One at 65.8, 84.0
Aberrant Deepwalker at 65.3, 88.1

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Azj-Kahet, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Azj-Kahet:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
