Tailoring: Woven Gossamer Tunic is hidden behind some unknown phasing prerequisites, possibly campaign. The location in the below video is clearly at the floating camp of Hero's Rest. My alt is new to the zone, has done a dozen intro quests to reach it, and half of the NPCs shown in Mypciscraze's video aren't anywhere at Hero's Rest. Will update if I discover the breaking phase point.
