After clicking on the crafters crate, use your tailoring skill to make Bolts of Woven Gossamer from the Gossamer Cloth. Then you can proceed with making the Woven Gossamer Tunic to complete your world quest.
The rewards gave me 125 Rep with The Ascended, 10x Shrouded Cloth and 1 skill point to Shadowlands Tailoring.

Tailoring: Woven Gossamer Tunic is hidden behind some unknown phasing prerequisites, possibly campaign. The location in the below video is clearly at the floating camp of Hero's Rest. My alt is new to the zone, has done a dozen intro quests to reach it, and half of the NPCs shown in Mypciscraze's video aren't anywhere at Hero's Rest. Will update if I discover the breaking phase point.
