Hey so i was just about to start the Thaldraszus chapter when i noticed that Alexstraszas quest marker is locked. How do i unlock her mission? I cant continue with the campaign.

Description
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder is arranging a meeting of the Seat of the Aspects to discuss the threat of the Primalists. She has put out a call for any willing adventurers to come help.
