Moving On

This quest is bugged, I do not see alexstrasza at the seats. Its been hours, ive logged out, restarted, dropped the quest. Im at the very top I see Kalecgos and Nozdormu. Alexstrasza is not here and has not been here for hours.

I present You Storyline [storyline=1323]. This Storyline is part of Just Don't Ask Me to Spell It which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Storyline in order i'm done:

1. Tumbling Through Time - Speak with 3 NPC: Soridormi 59.5 82.5, [npc=192404] 59.3 82.2, Andantenormu 60.2 81.7. Then Speak with [npc=186931] wait until conversation finish.
2a. To the Future! - Use portal and speak with Soridormi
2b. Temporal Tuning - Use portal and fly 47.8 40.8 then use under Flying dragons [item=192749].
2c. Resistance Isn't Futile - Inside portal after finish To the Future!. Heal 10 [npc=187341] there are a lot of them lying on the ground.
2d. Making Time - Inside portal after finish To the Future!. Kill mobs to get 30 [item=192454].
6. Return to the Present - Use orange portal to go back
7a. Temporal Two-ning - Use portal and fly 61.7 61.8 then use under Flying dragons [item=192749].
7b. To the... Past? - Take the portal and speak with [npc=187344].
7c. Murloc Motes - Inside portal after finish To the... Past? Collect 12 [npc=186652] this are a orbs you just need to cross them. is above the fire
7d. Mugurlglrlgl! - Inside portal after finish To the... Past? Slay 25 small murlocs and 5 Big murlocs.
11. Deathwingurlugull! - Jump on [npc=195209] and use all skills to take down Deathwingurlugull.
12. Back to Reality - Use orange portal.
13. On Your Mark... Get Set... - Use orange portal.
14. Race Through Time! - Use have 3min 10 sec to get to portal 15.2 58.5 ( any one look what will happen if you will not get on time ? ). To move fast cross buff and avoid white circles that will slow you.
15. Chromie Time - Go to 53.3 44.2 and use [item=192749]. CARE ON EYE !
16. Back to the Future - Defend your allies until 100% then movie will start. After speak with [npc=183972] ( is small NPC XD ) another movie will start, After You will get new dragon [item=194521].
17. Moving On - Speak with Alexstrasza the Life-Binder at the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken. Speak with him and after finish this Quest You will be able to do World Quests, Weekly Quest and [spell=393788].

The Quest Turning is on the top of "The Seat of the Aspects" where the giant dragon Alexstrazsa can be found.

On the main floor, the Valdrakken Accord Renown Quartermaster "Unatos" is standing on the exact turnin spot but 5 levels down from where we have to turn in. I think people might think it is bugged because they were on the wrong floor.

Go up the stairs to the right of the quartermaster and you will see a portal pad the goes to the roof. Faster than dragon riding.
