Yep sneaky buggers. The stolen Silver is now being stored at the new "Main Raptor Camp" located in the Northern Barrens, NW of Ratchet (loc 63,58). Just click on it as per normal on these quests.
There are also four other smaller raptor camps located at;

Use these to get enough raptor kills to complete the quest.
