The Tidestone: Shattered

The Tidestone: Shattered is a quest for level 10-45 in Azsuna. It is step 16 of 20 in the Azsuna versus Azshara storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Azsuna at 54.2, 34.2. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 6,150 experience and money.

Description

I suppose you can go in, then.

The shattered pieces of the Tidestone of Golganneth are contained within the academy's eastern wing. Even as curator, I cannot attest to their condition, as I have not been in to inspect them in many millennia.

Oh, young <name>? Please do not touch anything.

For those looking outside for the Tidestone shards, they are inside the school behind the Tidestone door, which is the key you got to unlock it. I didn't notice the shards marked on the map as I was leaving and looked outside in the Shallows. You will need to collect 5 of them. Kill the spectral students and weeping banshees in the chamber. Honestly when I went to wowhead and read the comments swimming around the shallows, they were a bit misleading TBH. Inside, other side from the wand training area. The comments don't even mention the door or the key and very little detail so I think this needs to be bumped up a bit. Picking the shards up off the floor is a no brainer. Get ready for the nagas.
