And sheaf is, in fact, correct for the term. A sheaf is a bundle of something, or something bound together, so in this case, he was waving about pieces of parchment that have been bound together.

Just watch your back around her. The word is that she's aggressive even for an orc. Follow the road east and then southeast. Cross the bridge at the Dragonspine Tributary and go east from the Evergreen Trading Post.
