Flamebringer is located at 26.61, 77.89 once you get on his back you can fly over to Thane Torvald Eriksson who is at 27.09, 72.94 and take him down.
Just remember when you get to this quest that you need to fly right up on him. At first I made the mistake of staying back. Start hitting him with 3. Then hit 2 to stun him. Press 1 and repeat. Make sure you keep him stunned or else you will die. Make sure you are at full health before attempting as well.

With the flame-imbued talismans, we can finally challenge the thane. His favorite mount is a ferocious proto-drake called Flamebringer. It is kept bound in chains in the western part of Voldrune, but with the power of the talismans, you should be able to bend it to your will and use it against the thane. Once you have Flamebringer under your control, search the tops of the towers of Voldrune for the thane and use Flamebringer to destroy him.
