It is worth noting that once you release Tur Ragepaw you can choose in what role you want him to assist you. You can ask him to tank, dps or heal and he assumes the related druid form (f.ex bear for tanking, tree for healing) for the duration of the fight.
Makes the quest really fun and the group composition somewhat more flexible than most of the [3] quests.
To complete this quest at max level:
- Make sure you fly to the cave opening first - do not go straight to the map marking, you will find nothing there initially
- Out the front, speak to the furlbog Tur Ragepaw - he is chained up to a giant tree stump
- Choose a role for this guy - heals, tank or dps - whatever compliments your class most
- Clear Ursus Maulers as you proceed through the cave mouth - while at max level, you can dodge all the trashy bears, your companion Tur Ragepaw cannot - kill them with him
- You arrive at your map marking - Ursoc is summoned
- Kill Ursoc (skinners do not skin him yet!)
- Use [item=37307] on Ursoc's corpse
- Hand in quest!

The time has come, {name}. Now we will learn whether our efforts will accomplish what we need or nothing at all. Take these ashes and seek the furbolg that Kodian told you about, Tur Ragepaw, near Ursoc's Den. You will find the den to the north of Grizzlemaw. Convince Tur to aid you, for you will need all the help you can get. Once you've defeated the bear god, use these ashes over his body. Even if his worldly form is destroyed, his spirit must be saved.
