Description

Across this bridge is the hamlet of Darkhaven. It is fortified by those loyal to Sire Denathrius. These pitiful rebels would not dare approach it.

However, getting to it may prove challenging. Here, I shall carry the anima, you make sure no one throws us back into the Endmire.

I also had this problem: reached Darkhaven and quest did not update. It's an escort quest, so apparently you have to stay with Lord Chamberlain when crossing the bridge to Darkhaven. If you run ahead like I did, he stays back on the other side of the bridge and you don't get the credit. I ran back to him, and then he started crossing the bridge. You have to fight the mobs that attack him and you (unless you're a druid and prowl - then the mobs disappear - probably a bug). When we reached Darkhaven together, got the quest complete icon.
