I got this twice after completing the Arathor-storyline when handing in the final quest.
Appeared for acceptance in the quest list.None of my wife's chars got that offer.
I have no explanation.
same, randomly popped up for me after the arathor storyline as well. small indie company /shrug
So... is there really more to do in delves or is this just a bug? Because nothing happened after I completed this quest...
