TheWoWDBSince this quest is pretty elusive, I'd like to share the (presumably cumulative) circumstances under which I was able to obtain it:
- Training and Discipline was completed in Valley of the Four Winds.
- In the House of the Red Crane was completed in Krasarang Wilds.
- The Waters of Youth was completed in Krasarang Wilds.
- The Mantid invasion event has commenced, but no quests (such as The Swarm Begins) were picked up.In the case above, I was able to pick up either Hope Springs Eternal or Warn Stoneplow (these are mutually exclusive). I chose the former, but after handing it in, Warn Stoneplow was no longer available. Presumably it's the case vice versa as well.

The following quests lead to the Savior of Stoneplow "big finale" that wraps up the storylines of Krasarang Wilds and Valley of the Four Winds. You will only be able to complete one of these:
- Hope Springs Eternal
- Warn Stoneplow (Alliance) / Warn Stoneplow (Horde)
I've completed all quests above but could not obtain this one. When I've opened a ticket the GM said me I should complete Stoneplow Thirsts to get Warn Stoneplow available. So this is even more complicated - it requires both Chen and Hidden Master storylines completed to appear.

Description
My father gave me his life. Tyrande gave me her trust. My sentinels gave me their allegiance. It is time I repaid them all. With Brojai dead we can mop up the remaining mogu. The next threat is the mantid. Go north to Stoneplow and lend them your help. Tell them I will be bringing what sentinels I can muster to aid in the defense of their city against the mantid.
