TheWoWDBIf you get to the quest "Core Contributions" and it's bugged. Just fly around Tazavesh and click on the "Market Guardians" that look slumped over. You can easily finish the quest.

I couldn't find the completion either. Tried /reload, nope. Restarted the game and was pointed to /way 40.51 67.75
Maybe fly there without doing all the messing about, I don't know if that would work.

What to do
Description
The entropic cores we collected will be crucial in our defense. Use the entropic cores to activate the market guardians scattered around the city. Once reactivated, these golems will join our fight and help us push back the invaders. Time is of the essence, {name}. The fate of Tazavesh rests in your hands.
