TheWoWDBCouple ways to get there, South exit out of Wor'Gol and head towards the quests area, or Northeast out of Wor'Gol, then circle round so you are heading straight for the quest area, but do not go down the trail to the beach. Following that around the cliff, either way you should see a pack of Saberon Cub's. Along the edge of the cliff is a small cave, go in there and you will find Orac.

Don't be like me and go down to the coast/water based on where the icon is on the map. Like datundra said, he's actually on a cave near the cliffside.
