Can be done the same time as Snack Time.
Fish for 10x Golden Carp in the area near The Arboretum.
You are taught Fish Cake from [npc=64231], the Cooking Trainer in Halfhill. The recipe requires Cooking: 300.

Golden Carp are always plentiful and cheap on the AH. Buy 60 on an alt and put them in 6 stacks of 10 along with the 6 stacks of 8 [item=82829] that you bought for Just a Flesh Wound in a single mail.
Oh, and fish schools of valuable fish (and a 100% drop rate) when you're fishing for [item=79046] for Snack Time.
PS - If you don't have Argent Squire/Gruntling mail . . . there's a box in Sri La.

I dont have fishing, i also dont have cooking... is there anyway for me to complete this quests? are the items tradable?

I have heard that you know a thing or two about cooking. As it so happens, serpents love to eat Fish Cakes. If you use your culinary skills and bring me 5 of these dishes, the cloud serpents around here will be very happy.
