If you stand inside Pulverizer Helthra as she spawns, you will get the aggro instead of the eagle, and she will say this additional dialogue:

"I'm gonna break every bone in your face!"

Then, as usual when she dies, she says:

"I think you cracked my jaw..."

The first line of dialogue will be missed if you don't stand inside her spawn point as it never displays if she attacks the eagle instead.

Description

I do not know de loa Akil'zon, but she cannot be happy with de gnarldin defilin' de hash'ey shrines and makin' meals of her eagle kin. We gotta let dem know dis is a sacred place and dat we will not take kindly to their presence here. I may not know Akil'zon, but I know de giants. All dey understand is strength--de language of Zul'Aman. Our strongest message we can send is to take de heads of their fiercest warriors.

I remember some of his lessons. A chieftain must light de shrines on de way to de temple. De hash'ura must as well.
