After you pick up this quest, leave the Chamber of the Heart, take the portal back to Boralus and then inside of the portal room look to the left and there is a new portal to Nazjatar.

The next quest logically is Return to the Heart, which starts a short little chain when your Heart of Azeroth hits level 55. You'll do a bunch of quests in between however.
