You will need to cross the ropes leading from the end of the dock to reach her. It shall test your balance, but I think you're up to the task, <name>.

Although it was mentioned earlier, I want to expand. This quest drove me nuts and even with the walk, strafe etc I still have trouble. Earlier someone mentioned "use right click to move" and I wanted to go into that more bc it's foolproof.
Go to:
Game Menu
Interface
Mouse
Click to Move.
Make each pillar your target, right click dead center and your character will walk there and stop. Do the next pillar etc. Three moves and done.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

  • Stronger Than BoneThe Wandering Isle · Level 1-20

This giant jade tiger pillar doesn't seem to fit in amidst the hozen buildings. What it does seem is very hard. Very solid. You know just the person to bring this to.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Dafeng, the Spirit of AirThe Wandering Isle · Level 1-20

If you listen long enough, the wind will carry the answer to you. Dafeng, the spirit of air, has been scared from the skies by Zhao-Ren, the Onyx Serpent. He hides within the Chamber of Whispers, at the south side of the plateau. Go to him. Ji and I will join you there.
