There is something big missing or perhaps a bad bug. I went to Barm and he does not communicate much at all. The trainer Icon does appear over him, but when I click on him he says :Welcome to Ironhorn Enclave" nothing else.

There are many alchemy profession quests in Legion, 32 total, check out under the spolier, if missed something. You also need to be at least 800 in Alchemy to learn the final quest reward — [item=127915], all others can be crafted with any skill progress.
