Captain Gulnaku's Treasure

Here is 3 spots you need to check.

/way 35.09 81.71 Freshly Dug Sand 1
/way 34.50 76.54 Freshly Dug Sand 2
/way 31.76 79.22 Captain Gulnaku's Treasure

Treasure is in the north-west part of the zone.
If someone else just used Freshly Dug Sand, you will have to wait till the sand pile comes back to complete the quest objective...
At least this was the case for me on beta

Id column is approximate quest № In Vol'dun storyline Secrets in the Sands <= more info
# is additional ordering info. Can take multiple quests at the same time if you see a number there

Do note that you Cannot immediately click on the map to get this quest, you must complete the first 5 quests in the Port of Zel'man. After that you can interact with the map. I don't know if you need to also complete the starting quests in Vol'dun, but I figured I would save people the frustration that I had on beta of trying to get the quest to trigger.
