The Greater Control Charm automagically shows as an Extra Action Button - just to save others the time and/or embarressment of asking around as I did.
Deadwood world quest is located in Drustvar Crimson Forest on Kul Tiras isle at 27.19 57.94 .
To complete the quest destroy witch forces in the crimson forest using a demolisher.
Take control of the demolisher by using [item=160584] on [npc=129593].
You'll have two abilities - cleave attack and stomp, kill witches until you meet the goal.

In case you have the 'Throw Liquid Fire' special action button like I did, you need to get right up under the construct for the action button to change. it will change from a fiery orb to a skull, and then you're good to go.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
