I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but I've noticed a problem on the world quest for this area. The weapon racks are highlighted but can't be interacted with. This has made it a whole lot longer to complete than it normally would.
Quest
Everything!
A World of Warcraft quest in Highmountain. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

This World Quest has two objectives that need to be completed:
- Feltotem vanquished - this portion has a progress bar, which you can fill by killing mobs, disabling traps, looting weapon racks, etc.
- Mellok, Son of Torok slain - this named NPC is located at [48.8, 27.0] on a plateau above ground level.
- To reach him, you have to start at the path [46.3, 25.4] that leads up. Cross one rope bridge until you come to a plateau area with a bunch of Feltotem mobs. Mellok, Son of Torok is situated on this plateau, so if he is not there simply wait for him to respawn.
This may alleviate some confusion as to whether this World Quest is "glitched", as the progress bar will sit at 100% yet you won't get any rewards until the second objective is completed! Note that the second objective will not appear until you have filled the progress bar for the first objective.
I have that same problem.
