This quest bugged out for me...I actually came here to see how long I was supposed to wait, since I had accepted this quest just before joining a raid group over 2 days ago...I had waited awhile for it to finish while the invite was pending, but am assuming the whole raid thing bugged it out anyway.
If it bugs out for you, abandon it and accept it again. It should take less than 20 seconds to reforge the key.
Wait NPC will reforge Armor Key.
To start this Story Line quest you need to find [item=152204] this is droping from mobs in [zone=8910] or from mobs on north in Mac'Aree.

Description
The armory key fragments are gathered, and the dendrite clusters should provide just enough power to reforge the key. This should not take long... assuming it works. It has been a long time since I made one of these!
