If you happen to abandon this Quest, you won't be able to get it again automatically by looting another Herb. Instead you should be able to re-obtain it by clicking the Quest item in your Bags, assuming it was not destroyed.
You can farm these in Highmountain. Click here to for more info about the - Foxflower. If you're luck you can finish this up really quick if you get a [npc=98235]. When the fox spawns it will run away leaving a trail of flowers. Run over the flowers to gather them. The Frenzied Fox dropped 24 Foxflowers for me.
