The quest marker disappeared after I did overgrowth and the lizards. Rubble is found in the same area as Fourman Grimes, interactable, short stacks of rocks spread flat across the ground - primarily seen touching / around the pillars/torches that denote the main paths.
Quest
Kobold Kleanup
A World of Warcraft quest in The Ringing Deeps. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

Quest marker on map currently bugged to not show once only rubble is left to be done.
Rubble is found around /way #2214 47.2 31.8. It's just mounds of rocks around corners. They're not glowing very noticeably.

There are three things to do outside:
1) Catch Skitterers - you can do this just by running over them, no need to hit the interact.
2) Pull Overgrowth - These are the big mossy patches, they work like pulling vines in Dragonflight. Interact then move as far away as you can until it "snaps".
3) Remove rubble - Just interact for a brief digging animation.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- A Light of the Dark
The image of a purple candle, burning with glorious power springs unbidden to your mind as you contemplate the decaying filth before you, followed by a faint whisper echoing through your mind: "One candle to rule them all, and in its brightness bind them." Bring Janky the candlesmith in Gundargaz...

- On the Job Training
Stoneheads use steam to run whole place. Have lava, have water, make sense. Repairs not going well, we hear. No new parts from factory. "Against rules" to use scrap, been told. A lot. Help get old machines work. We watch, learn. Maybe not get yelled at for helping.
