Lion Stalkin'

Lion Stalkin' is a quest for level 10-45 in Highmountain. It is step 6 of 10 in the Nesingwary's Retreat storyline. It rewards 6,150 experience and money.

Description

The hills are crawlin' with lions that stalk their prey from afar. These big cats will pounce at anything that catches their eye, including a <race>.

While most would fall to such a formidable predator, anyone in my huntin' party would be able to best those beasts.

Prove you've got what it takes by taking down a few of those stalkers.

So many YouTube videos on how to kill 10 lions >_>

I came here to see if this quest was part of a chain, or if it had prerequisites (because it's a prereq for another quest) :/

Edit: Apparently it's like previous Nesingwary quest chains. That's all I needed to know :)

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Bear Huntin'Highmountain · Level 10-45

They say a single hair from the back of a bristlefur bear is sharp enough to cut a dwarf's beard. But if the fur doesn't kill ya, the maul will. Some lesser hunters have been a meal for those bears. Show me you're more than a snack and bring me back a few of those bristlefur pelts.

After this quest

  • Moose Shootin'Highmountain · Level 10-45

Highmountain is home to wildlife that can't be hunted anywhere else in the world. Tell me, <name>, have you ever laid eyes on a moose before? The roaming Elderhorn may look like gentle giants, but only a fool would underestimate their strength.
