Jale Rivermane, is the WORST NPC Blizzard EVER created! On top of her voice being the WORST in WoW history, she ALSO manages to be one of those "helper" or "assistant" type of NPC's who is CONSTANTLY right by you, and standing right on top of any corpse you had killed, making it near impossible to actually click on the corpse and get your loot!
I'm sorry if this comment is not very helpful, I just had to say this all about her. No matter what quest she gives or is involved with, she is horrible. This is the worst quest with or involving her though, since she "helps" or "assists" the player.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
