For anyone wondering what to do, don't click the keg, or look for anything in your inventory. You just need to click on the fel infused monks lying down around the temple. The ones standing up are non interactable. Just the ones lying on the ground. or use /tar Fel-Poisoned

Just in case anyone has trouble with the quest (it took me a minute), you have to find interactable NPCs to click them. And as far as I could tell, there are exactly 8, located from all the way up the stairs to the bottom near the training dummies.

Very important part is that it show's you've created an item but that item doesn't go into your inventory.
Neither is a buff or a usable quest object. You actually have no way of knowing you did it apart from the 1st part of the quest showing as completed.

The only thing you need to do once on you click on the Blanche's Still (the brewing machine) is to walk around the ToFD and look for Fel-Poisoned Initiate.
The ones that have an outer glow not the green ones. They spawn randomly and are clickable meaning you see the iron gauntlet (glove) when you hover over them.

Not everyone counts so just keep walking around until you get 8

Description

Let's see... Yseralline Seed for healing, Bruiseweed for curing poison, and Elemental Earth for disease resistance. Oh and just a touch of ground Felwort for attunement. Yes, I think this will counteract the Legion's poison. It will probably taste terrible, but what medicine doesn't? Hurry, Grandmaster {name}. Our most stricken friends don't have much time left.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
