After completing With Prince in Tow I was immediately offered When a Plan Comes Together.
The Honorbound rep at 3124 Honored.
I ran around like an idiot for 10 minutes trying to figure out where to continue this quest chain, until I opened my quest log and saw in big red letters, "Reach Revered with Honorbound to continue."
Except, that's why I was doing this chain in the first place -- hoping to get my Honorbound rep to Revered. Instead, most of this chain doesn't give much Honorbound rep at all, which is pretty frustrating.
