Operation: Relocation is a quest for level 60 in Zereth Mortis, added in Shadowlands.
Devourers have disrupted the avians nesting at Provis Esper.
This may be our last chance to examine them before they become tainted, like the others.
Capture several of the avians at Provis Esper and return them to Pilgrim Arizh for relocation and study. Deal with any problems that get in your way.

Another $%^&*!ed daily quest.
Edit: So, I only just found out today that you can do this quest mounted AND flying. Would have been nice to know a long time ago.
I'm curious if this quest is tied to some achievement or some kind of secret reward item because I've done "catch the birb" quests in every single expansion and not a single one gives you a slowfall debuff, especially in an area that you can't get high enough to make use of it. Seems very out of place for Blizz to add such a useless mechanic that serves no purpose.
If you get your birds from the lower area (due to them being farmed at the top), you can't go up the empty staircase that is invitingly empty of hostiles (I guess it's too close to the quest area edge and all the fledglings you have following you will despawn). You have to go up the central staircase, past the Monstrous Riftcrasher. Fortunately, he wasn't interested in me at the time because he was fighting a Custodian.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Objective areaIn-game waypoint: /way #1970 61.3 51.6
TheWoWDB/way #1970 61.3 51.6Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Zereth Mortis, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Zereth Mortis:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
