Now, you've finished all the side quests on your alt, but still can't find the questgiver to start the 'Bloodstains' portion of the Sojourner of Zul'Aman achievement. That's because the questgiver Zul'jarra won't appear until you advance the main storyline.
To get the 'Bloodstains' portion of the Sojourner of Zul'Aman achievement, simply log onto your character that completed the main storyline. The quest will be available and since achievement progress is linked to your warband, you'll get the Sojourner of Zul'Aman achievement after finishing the quest series.

Description
With Mor'duun slain and de Twilight's Blade defeated, my people want to return to Atal'Aman. It should be a moment of great celebration but... somethin' unexpected is barrin' our way. Seek out Torundo and Elder Doru. Dey are supportin' de resettlement. They'll know how best to use your talents. Prepare yourself, hash'ura, and do not hesitate to defend Atal'Aman no matter who you meet there.
